facility.
Q What are some of the services you offer if my part is still
in the concept stage?
- Plastic part design and database development.
- Reverse engineering.

- Budgetary or preliminary injection molding and assembly
quotations
- Secondary operation recommendations.
Q. How will you quote my part or parts for tooling and
molding?
A. Typically an injection molded part or assembly is quoted
based on the following customer requirements:
- Production quantities and assembly requirements.
- Thermoplastic material selection.
- Part complexity.
- Mold cavitation.
- Final application or use.
- Tool life.
Q .What is required for an accurate quote for injection
molding or tooling if my part is completely designed?
A. As much information as possible from the customer, such
as:
- 2-D or 3-D database
- Prints
- Prototypes such as SLA, SLS, FDM or machined model.
- Testing or quality requirements.
- Any material or tooling specifications.
- Any post secondary operations required such as pad printing,
spin welding, sonic welding, assembly.
- Price point objectives.
Q. How long will it take to receive a quote?
A. Typically it depends on the complexity of the project. If
